Leonardo Hotel partnered with MobiGroup to elevate their guest experience by integrating hassle-free Tap + Bikes into their parking facility. The journey began with MOBIAN launching a Park + Bike mobility hub at the hotel’s parking space. This hub quickly became one of the top-performing locations for MOBIAN users, thanks to its seamless booking experience and convenience.

At the mobility hub, guests can pre-book both a parking spot and a bike through the MOBIAN app. The process is entirely digital, allowing users to enter the parking area, unlock bikes, and secure them again—completely keyless. The Leonardo Hotel team, having faced frequent challenges with front-desk coordination and key management, immediately recognised the value of this efficient, staff-free solution.

To further enhance the experience for hotel guests, MobiGroup provided a fleet of branded hotel bikes, complete with a custom interface–see image. This enabled guests to book their bikes independently, eliminating front desk hassle and making sustainable mobility a key part of the hotel's service offering.
